The 5th edition of the event for enthusiasts of “Primera Emoción” Habano was held on the gorgeous island of Ischia, where the launch of Montecristo 80 Aniversario was a big surprise.
Habano aficionados from the whole Italy and abroad attended an event organized by Habanos Specialist in Ischia, Valentino Federico, in collaboration with Diadema s.p.a, Official Distributor of Habanos, S.A. for Italy.
“Primera Emoción” teed off its program at the terrace of Zi Nannina restaurant, which offers a spectacular view of impressive Castello Aragonese Ischitano. A vintage tasting took place at that scenery, so the attendees enjoyed a Hoyo de Monterrey Churchills from 2001, paired with three Vin Santos de Chianti from different growing years. The experience was masterly guided by Luca Alves, the representative of Vinos Chianti Consortium, and Habanos expert and collector Antonio Peraino.
“The Ancient Tea Ceremony” seminar was given, so the participants learn more about the complex method to prepare different Chinese and Japanese teas.
The Gala Dinner was held at the fabulous sea hamlet of Sant Angelo de Ischia and served by Chef con Estrella Michelin Cristian Torsiello. A Montecristo Media Corona was puffed by the attendees during the aperitif.
